WIKI PAGES
We have developed nearly 20 Wikipedia pages with the help of some esteemed academics (some pages arriving soon).
They haven’t been uploaded yet online – still in the Wikipedia’s sandbox. I have heard a lot of discussion about people’s love-hate relationship with the Wiki world but we are going to give it a go – saves explaining ourselves repeatedly! So, we are just awaiting approval from the wiki ‘thought police’.
Some of the wiki pages have been written by the following:-
- Dr Mick Collins has written an extraordinary piece on a new term ‘Aetheric Action’ (a new term coined by Mick).
- Professor Rev. June Boyce Tillman has written on aetheric music in which she compresses some of the thinking from her new wonderful book Experiencing Music.
- Kevin Tingay is writing a piece on ‘Aetheric Art through the ages’, better known today as occult art or hermetic thinking plus art. I hope soon to welcome these areas into the growing Aetheric Art movement, or at least a branch of it!
All the wiki pages will also be uploaded onto my two websites at www.degard.org and www.aethericism.com. In this way the true copy of the text is retained before the online ‘guerrillas’ get to the copy (or is it gorillas – sorry bad joke J – couldn’t resist).
SYMPOSIUM
This is now being booked! The first conversation since 1981 on science, art and spirituality. The last was mainly organized by David Bohn – so walking in the footprints of giants!
Questions are now being considered for the symposium. Please do send any burning questions you have… I would love to hear them.
Dr Sarah V Turner, Deputy Head of Research at The Paul Mellon Centre has suggested that the question of language to be used is put on the agenda. This issue seems critical to discuss and hopefully to arrive at a consensus of opinion.
Invitees are from the art, science, theology, divine worlds. If you feel passionately about attending please let me know.
Journalists will be invited and the event will be recorded and transcribed; both of which will be available for commercial use by attendees. All very exciting!
Venue is most likely to be central London.
CELEBRITY LETTERS
Around 60 celebrities including royalty, pop stars and academics will be sent an exquisite letter showing them their Aura Pure in paint.
Results of this outreach will be included in the next Ver Sacrum. Some of the Brits include Mo Farah, Kate Moss, Elton John and David Furnish, Ringo Starr, Stephen Hawking, Cheryl Cole, Leah Weller (Paul Weller’s daughter), Kelly Brook, Katherine Zeta Jones, Jamie Oliver and most of our Royal Family including the Queen, Prince Phillip, Princess Beatrice, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Kate Middleton and Prince William. Any help very gratefully received!
CELEBRITY CONVERSATION – THE LATEST PAINTING THAT CAN BECOME TWO?
From the painter…….
Happy days for Brad and Ang with their two children a couple of years ago in a ‘go ape’ type park. I painted the Aura Pure of all 4 of this group. I found it fascinating the way the energies of Zahara on the right with Ang merge so intensely.
So the big question is are they going to split up?!! And should I therefore split the painting?

CONVERSATIONAL HARE – DO WE WANT AETHERICISM TO EMERGE FROM ITS ENCHANTED STORY TO BE A REAL FORCE?
The question that is nagging me is…how can we bring Aethericism to the fore?
Or in truth, do we really want to retain the magic of the ages? Would we ruin the concept of a ghost for example, if we could have the phenomena thoroughly understood scientifically?
My view…. listening to Mike Massimino, the NASA astronaut, talking about his view of earth from space. With all that scientific understanding, the best of human engineering and ingenuity whilst he is orbiting the earth, this is what he said:-
“this would be what you would see if you could be in heaven, if you could be in heaven this is what our planet would look like, and then I dwelled on that for a moment and thought no that’s wrong that’s not it, its more beautiful than that, this is what heaven must look like. I felt like I was looking into a paradise…” http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07zxh6s (1 hour 20 minutes or so into the show)
I don’t think revealing heaven reduces its magic – what do you think?
