Degard says “My Art is Truly intended to help people with their fears and anxieties; to help with the worries of our minds and our mental health. The viewer can be up-lifted and enchanted into a real experience of spirit connection.”
Degard has exhibited extensively in London, UK, New York, and most recently Oman. She hosts talks on Art, at the Royal Society of Arts where she is a Fellow. She is a committee member of The Colour Group, and a member of The Gallileo Commission for the Scientific and Medical Network. She has curated Contemporary Visionary, Quintessence of Consciousness at The Royal College of Art which is now available digitally. She is working alongside Anxiety UK to bring art into mental health and also with NASA to bring art into space.
